"I expect things to be done right. I have worked with machinery and tools my whole life. I just purchased a house with a pool and your company opened it for me last week. Even with all the research I have done on maintaining and how they operate I still have a lot of questions. My pump went out one week later. So what size pump do I get. Do I keep the the same size and what brand Etc. Mark got back to me with this in a few hours of my questions. Gave me some different options with their pros and cons. I decided to go with the variable speed pump which he highly recommended. The only downside to those is the cost. But it shows to pay for itself within a few years by the savings in electricity. I don't like to see where something's been cut out and removed and where something else has been plumbed in to fit. Mark made sure to give me brand new valves all the way to the new pump. It looks neat and professionally installed. He took the time to explain it and the features. I can only hope to get this type of service from other companies. "Crystal Clear is an outstanding business.They did a full mechanical rebuild for me with precision and alway maintaining respect when working in my basemement as all the spa controls are Down there.They replaced 2 heaters, pumps and installed full automation and installed new waterfall edging.A good size job.I was very Pleased with Mark as he was at all times professional, knowledgeable and communicated constantly .I hired a company first that was already taking care of our gunite pool and spa when I purchased my home.So I basically just gave them the job.Im glad they called and said they couldn’t do it after 8 weeks of waiting.I noticed my neighbor used Crystal Clear.So I called.Boy... am I glad I called.They are a good bunch of people that know there stuff.Dont be afraid to hire them if your pool needs to be worked on.There very good"
